PRIVACY STATEMENT

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at care@www.manachi.co

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

INFORMATION

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you sign up for a subscription, participate in any interactive features of the Sites, subscribe to email list, participate in a survey, contest, promotion or event, order or purchase (either for yourself or for another person) Mana & Chi products or other products made available through the Sites (collectively, the “Products”), apply for a job, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information we may collect from you include:

(a) Account Information, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, company and any other information you choose to provide;

(b) Transaction Information, such as information about the Products you purchase, shipping and delivery information and information related to returns, refunds and cancellations. We may also collect and store limited payment information from you, such as payment card type and expiration date and the last four digits of your payment card number; however, we do not collect or store full payment card numbers and all transactions are processed by our third party payment processor.

(c) Information About Others, such as the names and email addresses of gift recipients when you purchase gifts through the Sites or invite friends or family to try the Sites or Products.

(d) Other Information You Choose to Provide, such as when you participate in a survey, contest, promotion or interactive area of the Sites or when you request technical or customer support.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

FOR ALL MANA & CHI PRODUCTS

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on care@www.manachi.co

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

FOR OUR WELLNESS SERVICES

Your order cannot be cancelled but rescheduled within 2 months from the date of the service. To reschedule, please write to our customer support team on care@www.manachi.co

REFUND POLICY

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on care@www.manachi.co

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product or it has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Mana & Chi will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.

WHEN DO WE SHIP?

You order, we process, then we ship.

Once you place your order, it takes 3- 4 business days to process*. Then our carriers take it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

*Orders placed after 1 pm ET are processed the next business day

PRICING POLICY

The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this web site are processed in Hongkong dollars & United States of America dollars (HKD & USD) and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.

We deliver for Hongkong at flat rates for home delivery. For all international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Any information you enter when transacting with Mana & Chi is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. All transactions at Mana & Chi are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process.
